Ministry team to South Africa, July 2024
Brazilians, Americans, and South Africanos came together with Dunamis Connections to minister to the people of Shigamani, Muyexe, Dumela, and Mphambo Villages in South Africa. This multicultural team focused on the children and teenagers, preaching the plan of salvation, strengthening their faith in Christ, and spending joyful times playing, building relationships, and having fun with them. In return, they learned valuable lessons of happiness and love from the villagers.
The children's ministry leaders from all four villages were blessed with teaching materials donated from Brazil. These resources will help them continue teaching the kids. We understand the importance of colorful and engaging materials to hold the children's attention while teaching the Word of God.
Throughout the week, the team also had the opportunity to work on the building that will house businesses in Shigamani Village. They also enjoyed doing small renovations in the Dunamis Connections house.
At the end of the week, the team took some time to observe the wildlife, relax, and reflect on all the work God accomplished in and through them.
