Empowering Individuals in the Nations

This is our main event of 2024, and the funds raised during this time keep us going throughout the rest of the year. The more you invest, the more we can accomplish together!

In past events, the contributions received toward our general operating budget have enabled us to invest our time and effort in several projects around the world.

The highlight of our 2023 accomplishments is the commencement of construction on a new building in Shigamani Village, South Africa. This building will house a bakery, a butchery, a restaurant, and a grocery store, which will generate income to help the local community achieve self-sustainability.

Empowering Individuals Locally

Over the last 40 years, Dunamis Connections has taken several thousand people from the US to serve in other countries through mission trips. We want to have an impact on local projects, but we also concentrate on the team that is traveling because we understand that this can be a life-changing experience. It is a great reward to hear all the testimonies after they come back home. Many talents were awakened, hearts were healed, calls were discovered, and a sense of purpose was found.

Check the testimony below from Henry Garman from Pennsylvania. He fell in love with Brazil and had the opportunity to take his whole family on a mission trip last November. Now he encourages others to embark on a journey to serve the nations.

“Almost 18 years ago, Henry Fisher with Dunamis Connections asked me to go with him on one of his construction trips to Brazil. When I returned home to my wife and one-year-old son from that 10-day trip, I was a new man. Those 10 days in Brazil were the most impactful thing that happened to me other than the day I gave my life to Christ.

It was on that trip that I learned that the Kingdom of Heaven is right here, right now. I always longed to see God move like he did in the books of Acts, and I finally got my wish. That week, a fire was kindled in my soul, and my hunger to see God's Kingdom move was intensified.

Eighteen years later, I have been back to Brazil 7 or 8 times, and on several of those trips, my son got to travel with me. But the last two trips were my favorite. In November, I finally got to bring my whole family. Ministering together as a family was incredible. This trip, God has given us as a family a greater passion and vision for the people of Brazil and a passion to be more involved in leading more ministry and construction trips.
My passion is twofold. Not only do I have a deep love for the Brazilian people, but I also love to see the impact these trips have on the team members that go with them. If you have never gone on a short-term mission trip, I challenge you to do it. Dunamis Connections is an amazing organization to make this dream come true.”
