Construction Team to South Africa, March 2025

Henry welcomed a team from the U.S. to join our mission in Shigamani Village, South Africa. Our goal is to empower the people of this area in Limpopo Province to grow spiritually, prosper, and become self-sufficient.

Our team worked tirelessly to complete the building that will house the bakery, butchery, restaurant, and grocery store. They also assisted in installing new equipment for the bakery and butchery, which had recently arrived. In terms of construction progress, the building is now 98% complete. The local community actively participated, helping the team receive heavy equipment and assisting in various tasks.

One of the highlights of the trip was hosting a special dinner at Dunamis House in Giyani for four dating couples from Shigamani Village. Our team shared valuable lessons on marriage, providing practical examples from their own experiences. They discussed key challenges that can threaten a marriage and offered guidance on how to build strong, lasting relationships.

In addition to their construction efforts, our team spent time playing with the children of the village, building relationships with the locals, and immersing themselves in South African culture. They had the opportunity to try traditional foods, including pap and chicken feet, and explore the village. They also visited the chief’s residence, where they met with him and his family.

Henry and Pastor Marcus Gehman, a team member, had the privilege of preaching at a local church. Our staff in South Africa received incredible feedback, as many attendees shared how deeply touched they were by the message.

We thank God for His guidance and protection throughout this trip and for bringing our team home safely. We are also deeply grateful to everyone who contributed to making this mission possible. A special thank you to our South African team for their hard work and dedication in ensuring the success of this project!
