2024 Recap & 2025 Initiatives
As the year draws to a close, we want to reflect on what God has done in and through Dunamis Connections and to express our gratitude to everyone who supported us. Lives were transformed, communities were empowered, and the Kingdom of God was expanded.
South Africa
Dunamis Connections facilitated construction and ministry teams, empowered the locals, and made significant progress on the Shigamani project.
Highlights:
Established the nonprofit organizations in South Africa: Dunamis Connections and Empower Shigamani.
Acquired land in Shigamani Village for building the Dunamis House, with construction planned for 2025.
The building that will house a bakery, grocery store, butchery, and restaurant is nearing completion.
Hosted impactful events to empower the women, men, youth, and children of the village.
Conducted business and leadership training sessions.
Trained elders and local church leaders.
Developed a 10-year plan for our involvement in South Africa.
Launched the EmpowerShigamani.org website.
Other Countries
Henry & Diane ministered in several local churches in Brazil, and a ministry team traveled to Rio. Additionally, Henry spent time in Mexico empowering local churches, entrepreneurs, and leadership groups.
In India, we supported Pastor David & Rohini Asthana in their legal battles, as they were charged under the Unlawful Religious Conversion Act for preaching the Gospel.
Our Organization Highlights
Developed a 10-year strategic plan for Dunamis Connections.
Expanded our staff; we now have three team members from Brazil, three from South Africa, and one from the U.S.
Empowering the Nations Event in Pennsylvania was a great success with support from our event committee.
Our oversight team met regularly to plan the organization’s next steps.
Maximize your tax deductions this fiscal year while empowering individuals worldwide to reach their potential. As a 501(c)(3) organization, donations to Dunamis Connections are tax-deductible.
Checks: Please make checks payable to Dunamis Connections and mail them to P.O. Box 93941, Southlake, TX 76092. To ensure eligibility for a tax return, checks must be postmarked by December 31, 2024.
South Africa:
Buying equipment and launching new businesses.
Installing a fence around the property for security.
Implementing solar power due to ongoing electricity issues.
Initiating construction of the Dunamis House.
Sending teams to empower the locals.
Encouraging Shigamani Village to reach out to other villages and empower them.
Brazil: Several mission teams, including construction, ministry, and youth teams, are scheduled to travel.
Mexico: Henry will travel to various locations to empower entrepreneurs and leaders.
India & Nepal: Henry will be traveling to provide leadership training and support to the persecuted church.
Empowering the Nations Event: It is scheduled for April 27, 2025, in New Providence, PA. Please save the date—more information coming soon!
Looking Ahead: The new year will bring amazing opportunities as our mission continues to grow and we are eager to partner with you to make an even greater impact.
